BOOK A FINNISH NATURE TRIP

1. Forest Bathing – Well-being from Nature

Finnish forests offer excellent settings to relax and calm the mind. Nature helps to pause in the moment and strengthens our well-being. Staying in nature revitalizes and refreshes us. The quiet nature opening up our senses empowers us.

Gentle and serene forest bathing guides you to pause and encounter nature through your senses. Focus on this very moment in the presence of nature. Together we will do visualization, breathing, and sensory exercises. We move calmly in a small area and spend much time stationary to enable deep immersion in nature and a strong sense of presence.

Forest bathing involves quieting down, sensing, and pausing in the presence of nature.
